The 18-inch bass cabinet is built using premium-grade plywood for maximum strength and deep bass response. Each panel is precisely cut with CNC machines for perfect alignment and acoustic accuracy. The box is internally braced to handle high sound pressure and minimize unwanted resonance. A ported or sealed design is chosen based on tuning requirements. After assembly with High-quality adhesive and nails, the box is finished with rugged paint, handles, and a speaker grill for durability and easy handling.
We provide Sandtex paint, Roller paint, and PU paint according to the customer’s requirements.
Use of Aerolite in Bass Cabinet Making:
Aerolite is a strong, water-resistant synthetic resin adhesive commonly used in speaker cabinet manufacturing. In our 18-inch bass cabinets, Aerolite is applied during the assembly process to bond wooden panels securely. It ensures long-lasting joints, prevents air leaks, and enhances the overall structural integrity of the box. This adhesive plays a key role in achieving a tight, rattle-free, and acoustically sound cabinet design.
